Innovator Quest is a corporate wellness platform that supports the delivery of professionally led employee wellbeing programmes.
Nutrition services offered through the platform are delivered by Newtrist Nutritionist Dietitian Dietician, the clinic of Chief Nutritionist Vasanthi Senthilvel.
Innovator Quest provides the digital platform and programme infrastructure. It does not independently diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment or automatically generate personalised diet plans.
2. Eligibility and Access
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering, submitting an enquiry or participating in a programme.
Where access is provided through an employer or another organisation, your participation may also be subject to the terms of that organisation’s wellness programme.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity conducted through your account.
3. Professional Nutrition Services
Nutrition information available on the website or platform is for general education and wellness purposes unless it is provided to you personally during a professional consultation.
Personalised recommendations are developed by qualified nutrition professionals after considering the information provided by the participant.
The services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, emergency care or treatment from a registered medical practitioner. Participants with medical conditions, symptoms or medication-related concerns should consult an appropriate healthcare professional.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide truthful and relevant information.
- Use the website and platform only for lawful purposes.
- Follow reasonable programme and security instructions.
- Avoid sharing another person’s account or confidential information.
- Avoid copying, disrupting, misusing or attempting unauthorised access to the platform.

5. Corporate Programmes
Programme scope, duration, eligibility, consultations, reports and other deliverables will be determined by the agreement between Innovator Quest, Newtrist and the participating organisation.
An employer’s sponsorship of a programme does not guarantee any particular health, wellness, attendance or business outcome.
Individual consultation information will be handled in accordance with the applicable privacy notice and programme terms.
6. Intellectual Property
The website, platform, branding, software, programme materials, written content, graphics and other resources belong to Innovator Quest, Newtrist or their respective licensors.
They may not be copied, modified, distributed, sold or commercially reused without prior written permission.
Programme participants may use materials provided to them only for their personal, non-commercial use.
7. Payments and Cancellations
Where a service requires payment, the applicable fees, taxes, payment terms, cancellation conditions and refund terms will be communicated before purchase or confirmed in a separate proposal or agreement.
Corporate programme payments will be governed by the relevant commercial agreement.
8. Availability and Third-Party Services
We aim to keep the website and platform available and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.
The services may rely on third-party hosting, communication, payment, analytics or technology providers. Innovator Quest is not responsible for interruptions or failures beyond its reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability
